Dr. Cindi Saj RSW, MSW, co-author of the best selling book, “Finding Your Purpose: A Guidebook to a More Meaningful Life,” is passionate about making the world a better place.
Dr. Saj has a Doctorate Degree from the University of Manitoba, a Master’s Degree from Lakehead University, and Bachelor’s Degree of Arts in Psychology from Simon Fraser University. Cindi is also a University Professor at Yorkville University and Thompson Rivers University.
Dr. Saj expertly blends Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) with her extensive training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Indigenous Focusing-Oriented Therapy (IFOT).
Cindi treats children, youth and adults online or in-person at her Williams Lake office in BC. She is experienced in working in rural and urban settings with individuals facing a diverse range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, criminality, abuse, anger management, impulsivity, suicidality, substance use/addiction and concurrent mental health disorders.
