Dr. Cindi Saj PhD, RSW, MSW
In-Person in Williams Lake BC & Online Sessions
Within BC
Hi, I’m Dr. Cindi Saj PhD, MSW, RSW! I’m a Registered Social Worker, EMDRIA-Certified EMDR Therapist, EMDRIA-Approved Consultant In-Training, professor for two universities, dual business owner, and co-author of Finding Your Purpose: A Guidebook to a More Meaningful Life and Finding Your Wellness: A Guidebook to Self-Care.
Having overcome many personal challenges, including addiction, I’m passionate about creating a better world for as many individuals and families I can. I integrate advanced EMDR (e.g., EMDR 2.0) with Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Indigenous Focusing-Oriented Therapy, Yoga for Trauma Recovery, and Clinical Hypnosis to support children, youth, and adults online or in-person in Williams Lake, BC.
When I’m not working, I’m likely traveling, spinning or cycling, doing yoga, learning new therapy modalities, listening to a podcast, or catching up on sleep (seriously I could talk for hours as to how much I love sleep!). I’m a cisgender female and hold a neurodivergent-friendly and an LGBTQIA2S+ positive space, bringing positivity and gratitude to every client I work with.
